The problems this solves
What we get called in for.
- We haven't shipped a meaningful feature in a year
- Our integrations backlog is now the reason nothing else moves
- The platform creaks the moment an in-play market gets busy
- We have no native app skillset in-house and hiring one takes nine months
- We tried an offshore team and spent more time managing them than building
What's included

First feature ships, live, not a demo. This is where you find out how we add value.
Delivery
Full pace. Sprint cadence set, the development team delivering against the plan.

Questions
Before you ask us.
Can you take over a build someone else started?
Yes, and we do it regularly. Several have come to us mid-project after a previous agency or internal team hit a wall. We audit what exists, identify what’s salvageable, and pick up from there rather than insisting on a rewrite.
Can you work inside our existing codebase and pipelines?
Yes. Our embedded model exists specifically for this. We can work in your repos, your CI/CD, your tools. We’ve inherited codebases and shipped production features inside all of them.
How do you handle compliance and certification?
We’ve shipped regulated products in the UK, US, Africa and across Europe. We build with compliance knowledge. If your product needs UKGC, MGA or state-level US certification, we’ve been through it before and know what the regulator actually looks at.
How long does a platform build take?
Always the second question and the hardest to answer. Timelines can vary depending on the scope of the build. That said, our adoption of AI tactics is ensuring timelines remain tight.
What does it cost?
Always the first question and again it depends on scope. But we’re flexible on commercial model, working either against a fixed scope and a fixed cost, or a T&M basis that works for all.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything we build for you is yours. No lock-in, no proprietary wrappers, no hostage situation if you decide to move on. The only exception is our own licensed IP (PAM, Portal, Multiplexer), which runs under a standard licence agreement.
